AllPrintsMarket Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to AllPrintsMarket.com! As a vendor, by signing up and using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a fair and transparent experience for all users. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your vendor account.
2. Vendor Registration and Account Management
- Vendors must provide accurate information during registration, including name, contact details, and payment information.
- Each vendor is responsible for keeping their information up to date and maintaining the security of their account.
- All vendors must be at least 18 years old or legally allowed to enter into contracts based on local laws.
3. Product Listing and Requirements
- Vendors may sell print-on-demand (POD) products and/or homemade goods.
- All product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and comply with marketplace standards.
- Vendors must ensure that products meet any legal, copyright, and trademark requirements. The use of copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited.
- Shipping costs may either be included in the product price or specified separately during checkout.
4. Vendor Fees and Payment Structure
- A $5 monthly subscription fee is required, which allows unlimited product listings with no expiration dates.
- A 5% transaction fee is deducted from each sale to cover platform and payment processing costs.
- AllPrintsMarket uses PayPal Commerce to process payments. Payments from buyers will first go to AllPrintsMarket's PayPal account, and the vendor will receive their portion after fees are deducted.
- Vendors will be paid out weekly for their completed sales. Please ensure your PayPal account is active to avoid delays.
5. Vendor Responsibilities and Order Fulfillment
- Vendors using Printify must create and manage their products independently. Printify handles the production and shipping of these products.
- Vendors offering homemade products must manage production, shipping, and customer service themselves.
- All orders must be fulfilled in a timely manner. Vendors are encouraged to set accurate shipping and handling timelines to maintain customer satisfaction.
- If a vendor fails to fulfill orders repeatedly or receives consistent negative feedback, their account may be reviewed and potentially suspended.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Disputes
- Each vendor is responsible for creating a return and refund policy for their products, which must be clearly listed in the product description or vendor profile.
- Disputes between buyers and vendors should be resolved in good faith. If necessary, AllPrintsMarket may mediate disputes, but final responsibility rests with the vendor.
- Vendors must process refunds directly if a buyer qualifies based on the vendor’s stated refund policy.
7. Marketing and Promotion
- Vendors are encouraged to promote their storefronts and products. Vendors may create popular stores on Printify and transfer products once ready.
- AllPrintsMarket reserves the right to feature vendor products on the marketplace homepage or in promotional campaigns.
8. Vendor Forums
- Each vendor will receive access to their own dedicated forum for community discussions, powered by a third-party forum provider.
- Vendors must ensure discussions within their forums remain respectful and comply with platform guidelines. Abuse of forum privileges may lead to suspension.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Vendors are prohibited from listing illegal, offensive, or counterfeit products.
- Spamming or misleading product listings will result in immediate suspension.
- Vendors are not allowed to engage in any activities that could harm the reputation of AllPrintsMarket or its community.
10. Suspension and Termination
- Vendors may cancel their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
- AllPrintsMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violating these terms or for engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.
- Vendors will receive notice if any action is taken against their account, along with an opportunity to respond.
11. Liability and Indemnity
- AllPrintsMarket provides the platform for transactions but is not responsible for product quality, shipping, or any damages incurred by customers due to vendor products.
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold AllPrintsMarket harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their products or conduct on the platform.
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- AllPrintsMarket reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements.
- Continued use of the platform after updates to the terms will constitute acceptance of the new conditions.
13. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
